CANCELLATION POLICY

• We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice should you wish to change or cancel your appointment.
• Cancelling an appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in full cost of appointment being charged.
• Late arrivals to appointments may result in treatment being reduced, cancelled and/or rescheduled, to ensure all our clients’ appointments are adhered to.
• COVID-19 – In the event you need to cancel your appointment due to personal issues related to COVID-19, in good faith, no cancellation fee will be charged. We request notice of the cancellation is provided to our salon as soon as reasonably possible.
• We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee in the event of a no show.
