Pricing Policy

  • All prices are in Australian dollars.
  • All prices include GST.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

Bookings Policy

  • All treatments over 30mins require a $50 deposit.
  • All treatments over 1 hour may require a $100 deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  • To Change or cancel your appointment we kindly ask that you give our staff 48 hours notice for all appointments.
  • Cancelling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in the loss of any deposit paid and a 50% of treatment fee may be charged.
  • Arriving late for your appointment may result in treatments being reduced or cancelled and the full price will be charged for the time and treatments originally booked.
  • Any telephone messages or email messages will only be received during our business hours.
  • Any telephone messages or email messages left after our business hours will be received when we are next open. This applies even if an email is read outside our business hours. General Policy • You must advise our staff of any medications or treatments you are currently, recently, or have previously been taking, or receiving. • Specifically if you are taking or have in the past taken RETIN A (TRETINOIN) ROCCUTANE(ISOTRETINOIN) MINOMISOM, you must advise our staff before any treatment or service.
  • You must advise our staff if you have any concerns about a treatment, service or product.
  • You must advise our staff if you believe a treatment, service or product may be unsuitable for you.
  • If you experience or have experienced problems with any of our treatments, services or products you must inform our staff immediately, and cease to continue any treatments or services or use of any products. It is always recommended that you seek immediate medical advice if you experience any problems to any of the treatments, services or products we provide.
  • If you have never had waxing done on a particular area, you must advise our staff. For such areas it is recommended a patch test be performed. A patch test will only be performed on that area at your own risk.
  • Any products purchased cannot be returned for incorrect choice.
  • Gift Certificates
  • Our gift certificates are valid for 12months from date of purchase.
  • If you are going to be using a gift certificate, you must advise our staff all of the details of your gift certificate at the time of booking.
  • The gift certificate will be used as a deposit against any bookings, and any late cancellations will reduce the value of the gift certificate in accordance with our cancellation policy.
  • Gift Certificates cannot be transferred.
  • Gift Certificates cannot be refunded.
  • Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Gift Certificates can only be delivered to the purchaser of the gift certificate, delivery charges may apply.
  • To redeem a gift certificate, the gift certificate must be in the bearer’s name.
  • Identification is required to redeem a gift certificate.

  • We only collect information provided to us by or client’s and users of this website.
  • We only collect information that is necessary to conduct business.
  • Information collected will be used to contact our client’s, and provide them with information about our products and services. Information collected will be used to recommend suitable treatments and services, and identify inappropriate treatments.
  • We take all reasonable steps and precautions to ensure that any information you provide us is kept secure.
  • Please inform our staff if you would like any information we have collected removed.
  • We do not provide information we collect to any third parties.
